I have iPhone 7. So I had to buy the case for this to work. Case stopped working and this is not helpful without it. It will also take me a bit to get it working on placing the phone on top. I tried it with iPhone 8 and worked better.

It works when you get it into the right position. I have woken up to a dead phone because it got a notification in the middle of the night it vibrated out of position and stopped charging. Doesn't happen often but it does happen.

This unit did not work for my Iphone X. Had to come back to exchange for another unit and it still didnt work. Even the mobile specialist there tried to help me. We tried 3 different ones and it still didnt work. Very dissappointed. Had to return it.

We brought this charger as an alternative to plugging the phone in, it works fine with my iPhone 10 , I am impressed with the convenience but I am a little disappointed in the length of time it takes to get a full charge

I bought this mophie for my husband iPhone X a year ago. It charges fast, but only last 8 months because is not working anymore. I rather buy a cheaper fast charger instead.

Bought this along with the mophie case for my wife. It is not as easy as just sit on the pad and it begins to charge... you must line it up in a particular location in order for it to charge. Great when it works.

It's okay. It's easier to charge with the cord for me. At least I can move it around a bit. I went to bed one night thinking I would have full charge when I woke up, but I didnt. A little disappointed.

This is definitely a great product for someone who is too lazy to plug a phone in.. like my husband! Just toss the phone on and BAM it charges. Only downfall is that it has a slower charge.

I like the ease of using the product but it takes longer to charge my iPhone X than a traditional charger so i only use it if I’m going to bed or i don’t need my phone to charge quickly

I’m conflicted because I like the charger itself more than my Samsung charger but... HUGE CON: The plug is NOT a micro USB?! It’s like a proprietary plug that can only be used with this charger. Meaning I can’t use it in multiple rooms just by unplugging it and moving it somewhere. Makes no sense why it’s not Micro USB like every other wireless charger I have.

The employee told us this would work with the Popsocket on my phone... it doesn't. Without the socket it does work fine. I took mine back though. Plain old plug in works just fine.

The charger only works if the phone is positioned in an exact spot or it doesn’t work. It has stopped working If the moves an inch in either direction. I plan to return the item.

Charges ok but don’t expect a fast charge like using your phonescharger cable. This product works well if you plan on leaving in on the charger for a couple of hours

This is just an ok charger. It does the job, but is kind of small. If you’re on a budget it’s fine but I would save a little money and purchase something different.

Works as long as you do not have a thick case on it. I had to give it to my daughter as it does not work with older model phones.

Ease of setting my iPhone X down to charge, no need to plug it, BUT... doesn't charge faster than the wire the phone comes with. I was looking forward to a faster charge.
