A: This thing is a piece of garbage. It will not sync up with my Samsung Note. The guy at Best Buy SWORE it would charge through the Otterbox cover. What a joke. At first, it would sync up about half the time, then quit. Now it does nothing but blink. I use a regular cable to charge my phone... the Mophie is useless. It just sits there blinking, and NO... there are NOT any foreign metal objects interfering with anything. Mophie SUCKS.
A: Well, I got this mainly cause I got tired of being restricted on length and stuff, I also got it cause the iPhone cable breaks pretty easy and that's 20 bucks right there almost. If you set your phone down on the pad and let it sit there for a few and you have to do something quick you don't have to unplug, you can just grab it and go. Or if you are like me and have to move around on the desk and not have a headphone in then its worth it.
A: It is wireless in the fact that nothing needs to be plugged in to the actual phone for it to be charged. The actual charging station needs to be plugged in order for it to send the wireless charging to the phone itself.
Q: Will this charge thru my otter box case on my iPhone X?
A: Yes. I have the iPhone X and an Otter box commuter series for it. With this charging pad, I have no issues wirelessly charging.
Q: How long does it take to fully charge an iPhone X?
A: Should be about 2 hours for a full charge

Q: Does this stop charging at 100% or continuously charges until taken off charger?
A: It will not completely shut off, however, your phone will only pull the power it needs (the wireless base doesn't force power on the phone). When your phone is at 100% it will reduce the power that it is pulling to a nominal amount.
Q: Will this work with iphone 6 and iphone 7
A: If you are using a mophie charge force case alongside these devices, you will be able to charge your phone with the wireless base.
