Not very convenient

Yes, you can charge both (iPhone and case) simultaneously with the micro USB cable, but it is faster to charge them separately. Also, this is the second of these cases I buy and both lasted me one to two weeks and stopped working. I wouldn't buy it again.

Not what I expected

Once opened it was half way charged. When I charged it for about 4 hours it was still half way charged. When in left it for an addition 4 hours it charged 75%. If I have to wait 8 hours for a 75% charge it defeats the purpose.

Could have charged my phone more

NOT made for iPhone 8 Plus

Mophie informed me that this case is made for the iPhone 7 Plus and although it fits the iPhone 8 Plus, Best Buy is misrepresenting the case because it is not made for the iPhone 8 Plus. Mophie advised me to return the case, which I plan to do.

Mophie Juice Pack for iPhone 7 Plus

But what I don't like is the silicone material on the Red, & Blue because the edge changes color over time. The Red, Blue, & Black all hold finger prints as grease. I wish Mophie would use the same plastic material on the Rose Gold & Gold on the Red, Blue, & Black Mophie Juice Pack.
