Mophie Juice Pack External Battery Case

I walked in looking for a case and found this on sale and with it being a case that can charge I figured it was a win for me. No longer have to carry a charger in my pocket. Well the pro's, the look is good and it feels great. The con's, the only reason I bought it was for the charger but it doesn't charge my phone all the way. I had it for a week and every time my phone got to 10% I would charge it with my case and it would only charge it up to 80% at best before there was no more juice in the case. Major fail, so I had to return it and get something else.
