Does great for the need but it does add a good amount of bulk to the already large 7/8 plus

Does not last the time they claim it does. But it does help me thru the day so that I do t have to run to a wall charger or car.

The 33 hours of charge is claims to have is nonexistent. It is okay but overpriced for the low amount of charge you get.

After a month it seemed to actually kill the phone battery faster not sold on the external battery cases

1st time mophie case buyer. Bought it for travel. Will not be buying another. Nice case, but fingerprints show up easily. Had it for 2 weeks so far. Very misleading on packaging about how much time you get for a full charge. Did not even get one full charge to 100%, usually up to 80% when I use it on my iPhone 7 plus. Don't know if that's normal for mophie cases or not, but this happens every time I charge.

The charge on the Mophie doesn't last as long as I thought it would. It needs to use the same charge cord as the iPhone.

The idea and theory behind the magnetic charging is great, but don't just set it down and assume its charging because many of times I woke up late to no alarm clock or a dead phone. I bought 2 of the charging stations. I had the regular and the 10,000 mah portable charging station. I returned the case and was 1 day too late on the stations so now I have a $180 tied up into charging stations I can't use!

Seemed like a good idea but I personally didn’t like it.

This battery case is very thin but does not delivery the power needed to charge my phone to 100% from 19%. I feel like the whole point in a battery case is to go thru the day without worrying about charging, and I was especially expecting that with the price I paid for this compared to the 40$ 4000mAh battery case I got elsewhere.

Stay away iPhone 8 Plus users!! I found out speaking to Mophie support regarding the battery pack ran down very quickly, that this product IS NOT made for iPhone 8 Plus, only the 7 plus!? Total misrepresentation by BestBuy and Mophie. The only one would be the classic sold only at Apple stores. Also it doesn’t fit correctly, so when you try to remove the phone from the product, it is nearly impossible to do it... that is because it isn’t made to fit 8 Plus. I give them credit that they were very honest with me in the call.

I don't get that much more charged time but the physical product itself is awesome

Doesn't seem to hold a charge long enough to charge the device after the battery goes out. Still on the fence with this.

Case is sturdy & withstand falls like a champ. Volume up button came in faulty (Hard to push). Other then that I love it

It's a nice case and would have been nice to have but it didn't work. I even bought one from AT&T and still don't work

Worked great for the first two weeks then just quit working called mophie there suppose to send a replacement

It does what it's supposed to do. My only complaint was it was very difficult to remove, which was a problem for me.

Charges well but only uses micro usb so you’ll have to get a new cord if you want to use it with the case one.

Mophie charging cases are the only way to go. Buy one every time I get a new phone

It's a good battery pack. I can't wait until a longer charge option is available. Only charges a little under 1/2.
