Battery pack

It never fully charged my phone above 80%. I did let the battery go down as low as 20% before turning it on. Not sure if I should have charged up both and turned it on. But I wasn’t happy with it. This color even cost more.

Battery Life

Half the time the little light doesn’t show turn on even though it has been charged. I have to take my phone out of the case if I want to use the Apple play in my car bc the cable is not supported. It’s an Apple product so why not have the same charger.
