Even the case is fully charged, but not enough for phone

The battery doesn't last as long as I thought it would.

Product works as described but has two major issues: 1. Doesn't give you much extra battery juice (maybe one additional charge) 2. Doesn't work well with wireless charging base (mine kept beeping as if I was taking it on/off charger so I just stop using it.

Big fan of Morphie, but this case leaves me wondering.

By the end of the day, after being fully charged, my phone has dwindled down to less 5 percent. I charge both morphie then my phone. When I try to use the cable with my morphie, it actually falls out. The cable will not stay connected so I purchased another cable.

Great concept, however does take forever to charge.

I verified with Mophie that the 7 Plus and 8 Plus have different dimensions and this case is not compatible. I tested it and I almost broke my phone

The charger case was ok but sometimes has a mind of its own. Once unplugged the charger stays on even though the phone is at 100%. You then have to manually shut it off. Magically these problems started right after the 30 day exchange.

The material is good quality and it's nice but I was really disappointed for two big reasons: 1. It only gives your phone around 40% charge. 2. You can't use your head phones and the cover at the same time. I don't think it's worth the money.....

Product is terrible, the top part always comes off and could not charge my phone completely. The case stopped working after 4 months and Best Buy says that I had to deal with the manufacturer. Won’t buy again.

I love everything about this case except the battery case doesn’t stay charged. By the time I go to turn it on to charge my phone the case is dead. I charge it every night and by afternoon it’s dead. Doesn’t help me out to much! Lol

bought it to match my phone, but had it a week and the color scratches off!! all the corners are scratching off from normal wear from placing it on the counter. Love the Mophie chargers, but If i were you, I would pick a different color one

The main reason I bought this was to extend my phone's batter life throughout the day, this wasn't the case (no pun intended). Case worked great for the first day or so then I noticed my phone battery as well as the case would drain at an unreal rate. Without the case on my phone it lasted almost all day when moderately used. With the case on it took forever to charge which I understand due to charging both devices at once but the battery would drain 20% each hour even when plugged in the battery would decrease.

I have had these chargers in the past with other iPhone models and could get 3 full charges out of them. This new one wasn’t able to get an extra charge out of the phone. I don’t recommend.

I'm really confused on why this case seems all amazing and life changing online, yet i'll turn it on when my phone is at 15% and it'll only take it up to about 75%. Regretting my purchase, unfortunately ):

Battery doesn't last long. I have to keep taking the case off in order to charge the phone, because the case battery is never enough. Wish i knew someone that had this battery case before i bought it...

Not enough battery, and hate the micro usb charger on the case needs to match the lightning port so you don’t have to use multiple cables, wireless charging is too slow.
