Wireless charging

It started to “glitch” when I would turn it on and I could feel it vibrate in my pocket because it was turning itself off and on. Now it is having issues charging wirelessly and constantly turns itself off and on when I turn on the battery case. I have not dropped the phone/case since receiving it and it has no reason not to work other than it is poor quality.
