If I want to do anything with the lighting connection like dock it, use my headphones or synchronize with my computer it has to come out of the mophie, and then it is an awfully uncomfortable one to take out......

When I took my phone out of the charging case and tried to charge my phone on a regular IPhone charger my phone would not charge at all. It’s like being committed to this device.

Not a good phone case charger

This resulted in breaking the glass on the phone. When looking at Mophie.com they do not make a case for the IPhone 8 phones

I had to return it and even tried a different mophie and same thing it just sucked. Maybe it was my luck I don’t know.

It charges my phone for ten minutes and then stops. Every time I recharge the mophie it gives me about 10 mins of charge time to my phone. Will need to return

I didn't really need it anyways to I returned it. It was also irritating that it had to use a USB plug versus the apple plug because everything I have is apple.

Great concept, poor execution

I would constantly hear alerts from the phone in car, on desk, and at home with three different charging pads in total.

Worked for 2 weeks
