    Turned it on when my battery on my phone was down to 25%. It charged my phone to 60% then died. Tried recharging mophie and it did the same thing. Will not charge phone to 100%.

    Don't buy this product it failed after a couple of months, tried to contact manufacturer directly but could not get them to replace. I would not recommend this product

    This product will not allow me to shut down my phone or adjust the volume. The so-called " buttons" don't work.

    Purchased two of these only to learn a few days later that my apple earbuds don’t work!?!?! The lightning plug doesn’t work with mini usb. Waste of money :(

    Mophie case for iphone 7 plus. Looks great but doesnt have a button to turn on. When hooked on your phone with no on/off button your phone is constantly charging. Dont like.

      To turn your juice pack on/off hold the button on the rear of the juice pack for about 5 seconds. If the LED lights flash from left to right, it is in charging mode. If the lights flash right to left, it is in standby mode.

    Second one I bought within a year.. This one lasted around 45 days and then quit charging. The other one charges, but goes from 100% to 14% in 10 minutes.

    This is my second Mophie. I haven’t even had it a month and about half the time it doesn’t charge. Not even close to being worth the money!

    Terrible. Used it one time, charged exceedingly slow, then charged it again and it stopped after 20’minutes. I’ll be returning this worthless product.

    Not was not a good charger didn't last long like it said and it was not charging and the other bad part was that you can not connect and aux cable with the case

    I bought this thinking I could charge it and go. I put it on my phone, put it on the charger. My phone charged, the mophie case didn't so I took it back.

    This should have an iPhone lighting port and audio pass through these are key things for this iPhone battery to have than utilize losing wireless headphones

      As pass-through lightening technology is proprietary to Apple Inc. the juice pack case will not pass the headphone audio signal from the iPhone out through its micro-USB connector, and cannot be used with an adapter. We recommend using Bluetooth® headphones with your iPhone.

    Worst $100 I've ever spent.The port where you put your charger in is really bad. The cord never stays in and always falls out causing it not to charge.

    cant come close to the claimed 20 hours of charging at most 7. Really disappointed in the performance, will never buy this brand again
