Can not use apple charger or doggie for earphones.

The battery life for this case is absolutely horrible.

I can not charge my phone correctly after using it

I have always had mophie cases for all of my iphones. I would say this is the best design of all the mophie products i have owned. It has charge force (wireless charging) pass through sync/charging and the added thickness to the phone is not a deal breaker. For sure 5 Stars!

I bought the 7 case for my wife and this 7+ for me. So happy this is now available because I have been holding out on buying other cases to get this one. It does everything I need in a case with extended battery life and total protection. It also comes with a 2 year warranty which is an added bonus.

So I had the case for the iPhone 6 plus. Everything was durable. Battery was always a life saver. Then I upgraded to the iPhone 7plus. And said well I most definitely want this case again. I did not read the reviews for buying because I was already satisfied with my last case. Well I go pick out my case take it home. And it's amazing. It's sleek looking. Looks thinner than the last one. Only problem is that listening to music with the case on would have to be Bluetooth. Sinc now Iphone 7 doesn't have a port. And the only way to listen to music with the cord is to use the adapter it comes with and put it in the lightning port. Well the morphie case port is an Android adapter. Sooo that's not gonna work. But I do recommend it if you do or are planning to get Bluetooth headset. But I only gave it 3 stars for this reason.

My only concern is the ability to listen to music through non wireless headphones. If anyone has a recommendation please let me know but amazing battery case as always!

I have had every generation iPhone since the 3GS and have had Mophie cases for each one since they started coming out. I think despite the fact that this came out 3 months after the iPhone 7 launch, they still rushed it to production without proper design or making a second model with larger capacity. PROS: Wireless charging is great for the car mount, you can turn the charging function on/off (unlike the Apple counterpart), the size of the case is not that cumbersome or bulky, and Mophie customer service is the best in the industry and their cases are strong and worth the money. CONS: This is the first Mophie that does not have a physical on/off switch. You have to hold the power button to toggle it on/off. Personally, with me putting my phone in my back pants pocket, I'm constantly finding that I accidentally turn it on every day and don't realize it until I've drained half the battery pack. For me this is a major design flaw. They should have stuck with the physical on/off switch. Overall: Mophie is still my go-to trusted brand, however if I had known that the capacity would be smaller and that the on/off switch was removed, I would've waited for the next model. But for right now, since I already bought it, this will do since it's better than nothing.

But my question would be how many charges can I get out of it and does it fully charge the phone

This was my first Mophie Case and I did really like it, however it was nearly impossible for me to get the case off my phone after I put it on, like literally it took me 15 minutes to get it off the phone. I also did not like how the case's charging port is a micro usb and not a lightning plug I understand that there's probably a licensing issue with apple there but as an iPhone household we have no long micro usb cables. I was mainly using this with the mophie charging pad but it started to make an electrical "whining noise" and charge and stop charging and start and stop charging, ended up returning it after 2 weeks, could've been better.

First I would like to get over the negatives. This pack is heavy in your hand, does not completely recharge the iPhone 7 plus; and most importantly for me (and why I purchased it) does not wirelessly charge in my 2017 GM vehicle. That being said the unit is attractive in black, has a nice feel in your hand and "most importantly " it does allow pass thru of data to and from a computer and does support Apple Car Play.

This case is worth the price. I had purchased some knock-offs which were cheaper but did not charge my phone at all. This case saved me while traveling around Europe this summer while I studied abroad. I oftentimes relied on my cellphone for GPS and booking hotels and if my phone died, this Mophie case was VITAL for me to be safe and manage to get around. It only takes a few hours to recharge the case and when my phone completely died the case would either charge it back up completely or bring it to at least 80%. I recommend this case to everyone.

Great battery for when you run out the battery, its easy to use, easy to charge, the only thing is you need a micro usb cable instead of apple lightning cable.

Finally saw this in the store and got it right away. I always get a mophie case for my phone and nice to have the case with the battery built in and not having to worry about forgetting my extra portable battery.

The title is misleading. This product is not for the 8 plus. I actually wrote another review before that Best Buy didn't publish, so I'm trying to see if they'll not publish this one as well. This case is amazing if it actually FITS the 8 plus. I even checked with Mophie, it is not designed for the 8 plus. You can squeeze your phone into it, but good luck getting it out without damaging the phone. I repeat, don't buy for the 8 plus.

I was very scared to try this on my phone had a bad experience but it works great glad i purchased it.

I had one for my iPhone 6 and upgraded to an iPhone 8 Plus last year. It does charge a great percentage of my phone. I don’t like that it does takes a long time to charge the case itself. That is the only con I have. The one feature I wish it still had the switcher instead of the button to turn it off and on.

I got this case as a gift and it's the worst case I've ever had for an iPhone. Yeah, it's convenient always having a charger, but turns out, this only charges your phone an extra 50%, which isn't what the box says. Also, I tried taking the case off of my phone AND THE MOPHIE WAS STUCK ON MY PHONE. I couldn't get it off by hand for 20 minutes, I had to wedge 2 credit cards at the bottom and pry it up. So, this case is awful and I would NOT recommend.

This case is garbage. Yes it's pretty and feels good on your hands but it only gives me around 40 % charge. I fully charge the case and it goes from 30% to 70% and there, it is out of juice!! How is that possible. And I read the reviews on Amazon and on best buy for this case and apparently I'm not the only one who has had this issue so I guess judging by the reviews, you either get a faulty one or you don't. So you have to test your luck with this piece of junk. I should have read the reviews before hand. It was a last minute purchase though. My phone just finished charging. It went from 36% to 68% and then it stopped charging. How is this even useful to anyone?? BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK
