Nice looking and sturdy, so good protection. Battery does not seem to hold as much charge as 6 Plus model. Also, cannot be used with Lightning headphones or Apple's 3.5 mm to Lightning dongle. It only has a mini USB port. Thus, unless you can find a Lightning or 3.5 mm plug to mini USB port, then you must use Bluetooth headphones.

If this was a $30 case it would have been okay. But it’s $99 so I had higher expectations. For starters the Mophie was only able to charge my iPhone 7Plus once before being depleted. I had a different charger that went more charges but my iPhone quit recognizing it. My biggest complaint is that the top of the charger broke off after only six months worth of use. The charger was still usable but looked odd. A month later the main part of the case developed cracks rendering it unusable as it snagged clothing. For $99 I expected a much more robust case. I would not recommend the Mophie due to its poor construction and wear.

Absolutely worth it. Yes it does add some bulkiness to your iPhone but you do not have to scramble for a charge.

This product I have had to return now 3 xs most last 6-8 months. You can only charge it with a Mophey chord (no android chord work,) or the circular mophey base... no other chargers will work. 1. It’s extremely hard to remove the phone from the case, which is good as the safety of the phone is well entacted and bad b/c when you want to charge it, or the two separately it’s so hard an athletic 18 year old had a problem gripping it to pull it out! 2. You have to find the exact right spot on the base to charge it. Which the slightest nudge or movement will stop the charging process without the noise that it stopped charging 3. the charging lights are underneath the phone and on h th e under edge of the base wear you can’t see it unless you lift it off the table. 4. When charging the phone when away from home the case heats up and can get pretty warm. In the summer this is a huge problem as it can overheat the phone and iPhone fail safe to shut down or cause halos around photos 5. It out of no where has stopped charging on the port and with the cord 3 xs now 6. Mophey makes you pay them with a credit card for shipping label to return the item and if it’s damaged due to “my own negligence” or damaged in the mail... they will charge you for the new one they sent you... this is their own warranty policy. Luckily I have never been charged for the new one, but since I have no clue why it’s stopped charging it always worried me 7. After a third time returning and getting new I’m Now told they cannot send me another of the same product but instead I can chose 3 accessories which there is nothing else I want or need nor will they have a warranty on them plus I still have to pay to ship this product back almost $30 each time and pay for them to ship me the new products. The product was $149 originally and now are $99 but there are no 3 accessories that total that since I’m Not allowed a case at all to replace the case I have! 9. I can go a whole day with this phone and the battery case charging which is ok but I would have thought a case could hold a longer charge than the ear buds and charging case I bought last year. 10. Great idea, just not worth the money and time nor the “warranty”‘

I just plugged the phone with the Mophie from the USB on my Mac to the micro USB on the Mophie and it does not sync. So if you're someone who likes to sync for photos, and transfer music hardwired from iTunes (like me), then you'll be disappointed (like me). Sadly I'll be returning the Juice Pack. As far as fit and finish- The JP is nice.. It's got a nice feel to it, doesn't add a ton of weight or bulk although you will notice a little some. I've used Mophie's on previous Samsung phones and they've been great. I wouldn't expect any less with this one. I just don't have the time to remove it and put it back on every time I want to sync it with my Mac.

I've used Mophie battery cases for years going back to my iPhone 4. I now have the iPhone 7 Plus and immediately purchased the Mophie battery case for it. I've had it for a few months now and it's already had to be replaced due to it not charging my phone. I got the replacement case a couple weeks ago and this new one isn't functioning properly. My phone charges, but the case won't charge. I'm very disappointed in this case and the problems it has been having, especially at the price you pay for these.

I've had Mophie cases before on previous iPhones and this one flat out sucks. $100 for less than a 50% charge us pretty ridiculous.

The Mophie didn’t even give my phone a full charge - only to 58%. And my iPhone8 plus only received about 30% of calls while in the Mophie case. Once I took it out of the Mophie case. 4 voice mails and 7 text finally came thru from over 24 hours earlier! Returning Tomorrow!

I bought this case and quickly found that the case was not charging my iPhone8plus. I called mophie and they stated that this case is not designed to support the iPhone8 plus. please return it to the store as the case can seriously damage your phone.

I spend more time charging my phone and case than I did before I put this on. It's never charged, I'm about to return it. It doesn't know when the battery is low, you have to press the button, it's not worth it.

I'm soooo disappointed with this iPhone 7 charging case. It only charges my phone to 50% they changed too much from the old design. Not happy at all, Definitely returning this one :(

First time buying it and last. This product doesn't charge my phone. It only works dor 30 minutes and i have to re charge the case.. disappointed!!!

This is my second mophie case as the first one stopped working within 30 days. You'll be lucky to get more than 30% on a recharge from this case.

Nothing like my past Mophie charging cases. I get 20-30% charge put of the pack, not the 100% they claim.

THIS CASE DOES NOT FIT THE IPHONE 8 PLUS. COMPLETELY WASTE OF TIME.

I bought one, only 60% of charge!! I hate it! Trash!
