Great battery case
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had been looking for a battery case that wasn't too big or heavy This was finally released and I bought one right away. So far the case is great. Not too big and it's not slippery like the other battery cases I've tried. My only complaint would be the headphone jack portion which won't allow bigger headphone jacks in it. good cAse and the extra battery life is great!

Great phone charger case
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mophie juice pack works very well keeps my phone charged in an emergency, The case is strong and keeps my iPhone protected if it falls. The only down fall is that the case does not protect the iPhone screen. I had to purchase a separate tempered glass screen in order to protect the screen.

This has allowed me to put off getting a new phone for a while. It recharges my phone just as quickly as a regular charger. Really great when I'm out and about with no charger potential.

If the internal batt is dead the phone won't charge so you have to take the phone out of the case to get it to charge. I like the case it just could be better

Posted .You should be able to charge the phone while it is in the juice pack using the supplied micro USB cord. If for some reason this is not the case please contact our customer service team for warranty information.

It's serves its purpose, but will not let you charge the phone while the battery case is fully charged thru the case.

Not reliable at times
