Bought it to take on a trip where our phones would be needed throughout the day without a place to recharge them. It worked great and was able to charge multiple phones quickly (not all at the same time). 4 stars because of the amount of time it took for the initial charge of the portable battery itself. Longer than anticipated; however with no previous experience maybe this is typical. Otherwise, we were pleased that that initial charge lasted all 5 days of our trip without needing to be recharged.

My phone can get about 3 charges out of it. (That includes my external battery pack case.) Because I game on my phone pretty heavy and take it with me everywhere it's been really handy. The only draw back has been the switch to activate the charging. It seems to be a bit finicky and takes a try or 2 to activate. Other than that it works in a large number of way for me.
