A: my 3 wk old Mophie Power station also came with only 2 LED lights that were "lit up", You need to keep the Mophie connected to your charging device (wall power adapter) for several hours. At about 3-4 hours you will see the 3rd light start blinking, The 4th light may not start blinking until after 5-6 hours. The Mophie will not show all 4 LED lights as solid lights till about 12 hours, ie, it takes TIME,
Q: Will this charge a MacBook Pro?
A: Yes
A: I literally have the same question. I don’t feel like it’s charging more, and there’s no way to tell. I’m probably going to return it.
Q: How many times will it charge a phone before it needs to be charged?
A: I average around 17 times with my iPhone XS Max.
A: Lights do not stay on, press button to get actual charge status.
Q: Can this use this a usb-c input and output?
A: Yes you can and can charge it using it
A: You will need to order a USB-A to USB-C cable, this should charge the battery using its USB-C port on a standard charger. I've shared some links to the cables mentioned in this post, so hopefully those will appear for you. Alternatively you could get a double-ended USB-C cable if you have another USB-C energy source (power brick, computer with a USB-C port such as a Macbook while it's plugged in) to charge the Mophie that way as well. If charging from a PC or Macbook, I would suggest not charging your battery unless the laptop is plugged in because charging devices to computers not plugged in will have the battery severely drained. Hope this helps.
Q: will this charge androids and apple phones?
A: Yes. Provided you have the proper connections for your cables. I'm an android user and can hookup both a USB-C directly or a USB Type A to C and everything works.
