The frame that helped hold it on my phone had broken so it needed to be replaced. It held 3 full charges. The replacement charger holds 4.6 full charges, I consider that a bonus. The only problem is it doesn't have a way, other than a 6" cable from the charger, to secure it to the phone. Consequently until my phone is fully charged I have to juggle 2 items. Other than this problem I am totally content with my purchase.

Our only complaint is that the tiny on/off switch and its four lights. We don't always easily realize if we've turned it on or turned it off! With our normal charging practices of plugging a cord into an electrical outlet, we almost immediately see the lightning bolt on iPhone indicating charging. Mophie seems to take an interminable amount of time for that bolt to appear. And why a 'slow charge' and a 'quick charge?' Why not both quick charges?
