I can charge my ear piece or any device that has a usb connection. The one thing I take precaution of is that make sure when you take off the cord. Take it off correctly or it will mess up the device.

It worked incredibly until the button broke. Not sure how long the manufacture warranty is, but still would buy again!

Disappointed in this one. Only lasted a year and now it does nothing. Got it working again once by hitting it on the ground but that was it. I have 10 year old battery banks that still work.

This is a decent battery pack. Provides the fast charge as advertised. Once battery is drained it does take a bit to fully charge. Not a deal breaker since it is 20k Mah. Can provide a charge up to 4 devices easily

Nice.. i have an older one that’s much bigger and 1/3 the capacity so this was a great upgrade. Only thing i noticed is it charges slowly but probably cuz I’m not used to such big capacity

This mophie version is great but requires a special cord to charge i don’t know why they don’t have ports to charge with all cords.

Must have on the go. I have been using it for multiple devices at the same time and never had an issue. Great for hiking or camping.

And works very good never had a problem yet have had for two months and so far has come in very handy I would definitely recommend this item

Up to 4 charges on your iPhone 12 Pro Max. Great to store in bad while on vacation or a long period of time without an outlet. CHARGES AS FAST AS A WALL CHARGER.

Great product love the way it looks will buy again

Got two of these and after the 1st failed Best Buy was great at sending a replacement. I couldn't get either Mophie for any of the USB A ports to charge any of my iPhone or Samsung devices (about 10 different devices were tested). The one Type C port worked on both units just fine...but the USB A wouldn't light up and charge any of my devices. Returned both mophie's.

I have used mophie power pack cases for past cell phones and they always worked great and this battery bank works just as i expected it would being a mophie product.

Great to have when the power goes out unexpectedly. I was surprised how long it took to charge the Portable Charger the first time though.

This product is very handy and reliable. Very useful when going out of town and if you have children that use their devices all day.

Overall, works well. The first time I charged it then I stored it to be used when I needed to charge my laptop. When I needed it, it was dead. I am hoping it holds a charge longer than a few weeks if sitting idle.

Amazing product, light, slim and provides emergency backup. However it doesn’t come with the cord you need to Initially charge the device ?? I have a iPhone and needed it immediately and you need another non iPhone type to charge it!

Definitely fast charging, which is great, but every single time we have issues trying to get it to connect right away with the cord provided. Using our own type-c to type-c usb cord has worked much better for us.

We have had Mophie power stations in the past and they have been great. We needed to upgrade and replace our old ones that had lasted several years

I love it! It’s very convenient! Good for recharging my iPad Air, Phones, and my camera’s battery.

I purchased this for travel. It's great with the exception of being slightly heavy. It charges devices fast and works the the "C" type connector.
