    Spend hours charging it then when I go to use it, it’s says dead. I bought it for an international travel and it didn’t work but was over seas and now can’t return it. Feel like it’s a faulty device so wouldn’t mind an exchange but still outside of the “window”. Disappointed

    So disappointing! I purchased this product for vacation. I charged it fully one time. The first time i used it was for approximately 30 min. It provided about 15% additional battery life to my phone and then it died. It is legitimately, nothing more than brick. It is a $60 paper weight.

    Stopped working after 5 months. Tried to return to Best Buy and they said they couldn’t help me. Which is not very normal for Best Buy. We always buy there cause the customer service. This experience has truly turned me off.
