Product is quite heavy to carry around and does not charge the phone well.

Only able to use once. Never was able to re charge

Stopped charging after 1 use, very disappointed considering how much I paid for this charger.

So happy to have this! I watch movies/tv when I travel and always drain my battery fast, always searching for outlets on layovers. But no more! I'm also finding I use it a lot around the house so I can keep working and not have to put on charger. Warning though, it's heavy. Totally worth it for my use and not a problem to throw in my bag when traveling. However Mophie makes this exact same powerstation in 10K (this is 20K). It's much lighter and smaller. That would be more practical to carry around on the daily, in purse etc. And from what I understand according to a family member who is a software engineer, 20K is way big, probably overkill for most people. I would've probably been ok with tge 10k and I considered it but the size/weight just won't be an issue in my carry on, and I never want to stress about juice when I travel again. But just an fyi for you if the weight is going to be a bigger problem for you.

Couldn’t charge my small laptop like advertised but good for everything else

I charged it, but once i plug in my phone to charge it wouldn't charge my phone, i chalked it up to not charging completely. This past week I had charged the block again for this weekend for an event and i went to charge my phone Again and zero charge, the block said it was depleted. Makes no sense and now i cant return or exchange because of the 15 day return/exchange policy.

I bought this for backup power for Apple IPads & IPods, along with an Android phone. The USB C port works great for charging the Android phone. I could not make the 2 USB ports work to charge anything. Therefore, I am returning it.

I’m not sure if the one I received was from a bad batch or what but the charger never held a charged after attempting to charged it up several times. I returned it back and purchased the energizer charger

We ended up returning this power bank for another brand because it would not hold a charge for very long even after fully charging it. Maybe we received a defective power bank.

For something this heavy, this should perform much better. Mophie's brick is a brick.

I really need to get my money back for this product! Even though I kept this plugged up for more than 12 hours, it still never charged all the way. I bought this for a vacation AND only got one use out of it & after 30 minutes it died. Terrible, especially for the price!

It only provides 2 charges so it’s disappointing. So expensive and bulky for two charges. Not recommended.
