Unhappy costumeo
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It didn’t work, try to return it and Best buy said no because the window for return was only 2 weeks, ummmm BS, the sales associate rude, as if she allowd me to retun it or have an even exchange was affecting her pocket, very disappointed.

Would not buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this last month, charged it up and didn’t need it for two and a half weeks then when I went to use it it came on for a few minutes, then shut off and wouldn’t come back on, Best Buy would take it back because it had been 16 days and they said it was up to me to contact the manufacturer, I know this is probably a defective item but I will not get another one of this brand ( and Best Buy was no help at all )

Cheaply made power button.

It has one moving part, the button, which broke under normal use. It was cheap and flimsy while the rest of the device was sturdy enough. No more Mophies.
