It wasn’t smooth and every time I picked up my iPhone the ring nicked me. Also when I would use the MagSafe charger the ring would get hot and the back of my iPhone got too hot to hold. So I am going to return it

And the black makes it blend right in with my case! I did, however have to use super glue because my pop socket right pulled it off too easily.
