pathetic.. no steelbook included whereas listing showed it

Extremely grindy, nearly unplayable offline, and currently (on release) very buggy.

I payed 100% of this item, but did not get 100% of the benefits I was promised. It’s supposed to come with early access, but it did not come with early access. This item was falsely advertised.

I pre-ordered went to pick it came with no steelbook for my PlayStation 5 order and for my Xbox series I have to wait another week to receive my pre-order what's the point of pre-ordering

Delivered with no steelbook! Bestbuy needs to fix these issues with never sending out steelbook with pre-orders seems to happen way to much.

I pre ordered from Best Buy because of the advertised free steelbook but did not receive one. Very disappointed and will be returning.

What was the point in buying the premium edition if it wont be delivered until Tuesday 9/19 when the standard edition comes out?

Lost my preorder. Had to go to a different store to get it. Also they gave away my steelbook. Do not preorder from Best Buy!

Not only is this game well polished and introduces enough to make it feel perfect it also has the best story in any fighting game you will ever play. I have played both street fighter and mortal kombat for the last 35 years and I can honestly say this is the best mortal kombat in history and better the best fighting game of all time, and I am a huge street fighter fan! I always thought mortal kombat was second to street fighter and I have always treated it as such. But this game is the best, from graphics to gameplay to story and unlockables this game will have you hooked for a long time.

Bought this edition, went home played the story for a few hours, loved it, went back and bought the collectors edition.Just feel this edition could of been cheaper,Should be $89 not over $100

So far, so great! I picked up my Premium Edition and free steelbook within 10 minutes! Love the graphics and the upcoming DLC content is going to be awesome!! Now it's time to scrap!

Gameplay is super fun but the game's overall reliance on an internet connection holds it back for someone like me who has cannot afford it. Without a connection, you cannot level up, unlock cosmetics, or even use several Kameos. NRS makes seome fun games but they really need to become less dependant on internet stuff. If you don't have internet, I can't recommend it. However, I understand most people these days do have it, in which case you should indeed play this game.

Pro: Great game decent story for pickup! Con: horrible shipping practice for both the game and steel book (came separately) no bubble wrap in either boxes

Love this game! I preordered the premium addition and the Best Buy staff was very efficient when picking up MK1. All around a good experience and haven’t stopped playing since.
