GAME IS GREAT, THIS IS ABOUT BEST BUY I have never in all my years seen something so poorly handled. From the pre-order, to the steelbook to the delay, everything with this has been a NIGHTMARE. This makes Best Buy an absolute LAST resort for getting a game. Pre-ordered and was annoyed that they didn't ship it the day prior and were shipping it release day. Waited around and no updates, finally just went to the store to get the premium edition so i could actually play it on release day, i mean if not why pre-order? Then i get the steelbook and it is beat up and they tell me that that is the only one they have. Only one? It is release day and you only have one and it is in the morning, so clearly they weren't prepared. I took that one cause a steelbook is better than none. I wound up going to another state and stopped in at another best buy and they had only one left as well. At least it was in much better shape than the previous one. So go anywhere but best buy if that is an option, they clearly don't care fpr your business and it is pathetic, just like this company. ONCE AGAIN, NOT A REVIEW ON THE GAME, IT IS GREAT, JUST THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY

I preorded the Premium Edition. I called Best Buy and went into the store for an update on my order. Best Buy could not give me a solid date on when or if I would even receive the game i preordered. Best Buy: Well, I’m sorry, we have no MK1 Premium Edition at the moment. Me: I don’t understand. I made a reservation. Do you have my reservation? BB: Yes, we do. Unfortunately, we ran out. Me: But the reservation keeps the game here! That’s why you have the reservations. BB: “I know why we have reservations.” Me: “I don’t think you do. If you did, I’d have my preordered game. See, you know how to take the reservation, you just don’t know how to hold the reservation. And that’s really the most important part of the reservation: “The holding.” Anyone can just take them.”

Preordered for steelbook but no steelbook came with it. Store associate said they had two extra but they were saving them for people. Don't waste your time or money purchasing from Best Buy

Last time i preorder anyrhing through bestbuy! Hate to post this under the game review but thise who read will understand. Delayed with no ETA. Paid for premium to get it today.

Got the steel book but the game isn’t coming til Monday. Kinda defeated the whole point but thanks for the free case ig.

Of course the game is delayed. And I bet that I will never see the steelbook. This is a twenty year old problem with Best Buy. Taking preorders and can’t deliver on release day. The excuse is always the same, It’s the supplier’s fault. Is it possible to change suppliers if they are causing delays and cancellations or are you stuck?

Pre-ordered and paid the extra money like everyone else to get it in advance, received message the day after release to tell me it is delayed with no date at this time.

Preordered game and now is running late. This was my first and last time that I will pre order a game at Best Buy. Definitely do not recommend

Went to the store to in SAN BERNARDINO CA , APPARENTLY THEY RAN OUT OF PREORDER COPIES , DOESNT MAKE SENSE , EARLY ACCESS MY ...!

Do jot waste your money its total trash cant use any combo. Block or anything online is horrible game is for ppl who played it their whole life

Preordered it, expected to have it by the release date as promised but it was delayed by 2 days. No point.
