Packaging Was Okay - Not Best Buy at Fault Here

But as time went on it was clear that the game was rushed and pushed out the door way too soon. So much hype built around a unfinished game. Invasions is such a grind for little reward. Campagin was awesome but short. Any typical fighting game. If you are a casual, the online multiplayer is difficult and full of sweats. My biggest complaint. The reason this game is a one star is because of what this game is turning into. You have to pay for everything extra now. Sure thats how its been in the past but $10 for ONE skin is absurd. $12 for ONE fatality… crazy. They’ll be changing it to $10 for a three pack of seasonal fatalities. Better but still absurd. What happened to satisfying your players not just making absurd amounts of money. Just please don’t buy the game to hopefully impact the sales enough that they will have to listen to their fans. Not their greed. If you do buy this game at least just don’t pay for any of the extras. These should not be locked behind a paywall.

It's okay

Since MKX, these games have been somewhat exactly the same. Outside of new fatalities and a new story. It gets boring, fast. What else is excitingly new that keeps gamers invested in paying $70 long term? Yes, I'm aware that this game offers online matches and other things. However, ultimately, it's just more of the same from NetherRealm Studios.
