From the moment I started playing, I was drawn to the game's awesome and hilarious story. The developers have outdone themselves in creating a narrative that keeps you engaged while delivering some genuinely laugh-out-loud moments. It's a perfect balance of epic battles and witty dialogue. One of the standout features of Mortal Kombat 1 is the Invasions mode. It's incredibly fun and adds a unique twist to the traditional Mortal Kombat gameplay. Invasions is the new single-player take on the Krypt built kind of like a board game or world map and it has a set of seasonal boards that change every 45 days or so and an associated shop full of cosmetics to buy with seasonal currency (for no additional real money, showing off one of the palettes in the screenshot). The game's Kameo characters are an absolute treat for long-time fans of the franchise. Seeing familiar faces from different realms and timelines join the fray is a nostalgia trip like no other. Moreover, the gameplay itself feels incredibly satisfying. The responsiveness of the controls and the fluidity of the combat make every punch, kick, and special move a joy to execute. Mortal Kombat 1 Standard Edition - Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X [Digital] graphics are stunning, bringing the characters and environments to life in breathtaking detail. Mortal Kombat 1 is a must-play for fans of the series and newcomers alike, delivering an unforgettable fighting game experience.

Mortal Kombat has always been my favorite game to play since I was a kid. This game is great! Awesome quality in design. I like the practice and training part in the beginning. Easy to download.

Love the game needs a single player mode with NPCs that integrates tutorial, challenges and some type of online replayability upgrade like modded special moves. Create a fighter mode long overdue and would help when MK doesn’t release a large roster. Can’t give 5 stars without playable Cyrax, Sector and of course Noob Saibot

My husband loves it! He has never played this before but said it was so engaging and he loved.

I Was really iffy about it in the beginning because ive bought digital games but on the system not a digital game on best buy. So i wasn’t really sure how long it would take for my code to get to me. Kept reading reviews about how it took forever but i got mine as soon as i made the purchase. Everything was quick. If i have to buy another digital game from a retailer definitely will do it with best buy

This has always been a favorite of mine. This game is cool to play. I hate that it is so expensive though.
