This game does have the best special effects out of the franchise history. The story is butyou don't play it for the story. the only thing I don't like about the game is that you have to buy the extra characters.

I real like that you can us player from the past. Also, like all of the games that are out play them in a dark room or at night

I've been playing MK since the early 90' on Sega Genesis, and I'm glad to see the tradition carrying on in the right direction

If you're looking for a great beat'em up, look no further. Some of the old and a whole smattering of new. My thumbs are stoked!

This is no mortal Combat for the weak, Meek or Timid. The Bone Crushing Action is fantastic and the graphics are just perfect!

by far one of the greatest fighting game in a long time!!! Mortal Kombat stands alone as one of the best in it's category!!!!

It's a game that can sometimes become a challenge. I reccomend it if you are expecting something different in a fighting game

This is a really good game for couples. I normally play two player version with my wife and we enjoy playing it together

This game was for my 11 yr old son and i must say it was pretty gruesome! I was glad I found it at a great price though!

Nothing more than a fighting game with excessive violence. Not worth $60 and certainly not the extra $30 to get all the characters. Over rated game of the year.

This is a great video game. The best part is that I got it under 39$. Love it .

If you were expecting the old mortal kombat games you aren't getting the right game. It's not even like the newer mortal kombat games. It's a little tough to get the hang of at first but overall great game.

As I mentioned above, hands down best next gen fighting game, ps4 fighting game. Klassic mortal kombat fans will love this

Love the game, but I wish they'd be more honest about having Predator and so forth being released ASAP, rather than later.

It is a great concept of a game but they are missing great characters like Syndel, Jax, Smoke, Cyrax, etc. Multiplayer adds excitement but a little confusing.

This is a klassic franchise. It's a solid fighting game and has a great story. It's definitely gruesome and not for kids.

Most definitely the hottest game out for 2015...I just wish they would have had more of the characters from prior games.
