If game gore makes you squeamish, this game is not for you. Having said that, I've been playing the Mortal Kombat series since the first game in the arcades, and this game in the series doesn't disappoint. Major props for allowing people that purchased the arcade sticks on last gen consoles (PS3/XBOX360) on the current gen consoles. I enjoyed the story mode as it establishes the new characters and in a way passes the torch to them. Fatalities, XRays, and Brutalities are gory fun.

This game looks awesome. the fatalities are over the top. The game is very fun, and unlocking extras via the krypt keeps the game engaging longer than a fighting game would normally hold my interest.

The graphics, fatalities and graphics are amazing. The movements are seamless and quick. You will not be disappointed

Been playing mk since I was 5 and while some of the favs are gone particularly noon saibot the fatalities are awesome.

This game is the best in the mortal kombat series the graphics are very impressive . Online play is pretty stable too.

Best Mortal Combat ever. Great graphics; i love the story-like version of the single player mode. My wife was never a gamer but she tried MKx and loved it. We play it together now every now and then, as one of our fun times together. She loves Kitana, and Raiden is my guy. LOL Buy yeah, guys, go grab yours, cos you're missing out if you've not tried MORTAL COMBAT X NOTE: when you complete the single player mode, it unlocks some of the additional Characters. I liked that.

I'm not a huge MK fanatic, but when I saw the prerelease trailers for this game, I knew I was going to jump in. And I'm thrilled I did. The game is deep, but it does a good job of holding your hand as you get going. It has a fairly engaging story mode, that serves as a nice overview tutorial for a number of payable characters. If you're into fighting games, you probably already have it. If you are curious, give it a whirl. I think you'll be glad you did.

If you are a Mortal Kombat fan well this is the game for you. This is a great a game for the Next Generation.
