Great game lots of characters various ways to play online play

Mortal Kombat 9 was a great jumping off point for the series. It basically retold the story they wanted to tell with the series. Now this one continues on that story, New characters are joining the fray as well as great old ones. The blood during fights seems to have been pulled back a bit but the xray moves and fatalities are some of the bloodiest and brutal ones of the series so far. Over all a good and easy to pick up fighting game that's great for when either friends are over or to let off some steam.

Amazing graphics and story line. This game is epic! the way they show in slow motion the effects of the hits is crazy cool. and do not even get me started on the fatalities!! freaking crazy! This game is so fun to play with friends and is even fun for our girlfriends to watch. a great game to play in a group! I highly recommend Mortal Kombat X!!

Great game...graphics, sound, and gameplay 10 out of 10....!!

I remember playing the original MK1 back in the early 90's — it's amazing how far it has come today with its top-notch graphics, story, and play mechanics. While I can handle violence pretty well in movies and games, this particular installment can sometimes make me feel squirmish! Other than that, this is a solid sequel in the MK franchise!

the character roster is lacking. Also the arenas aren't really too interesting as well. The story follows sometime after the events of MK9 so make sure to finish MK9 or watch a story play through to understand the events. The fatalities are as gruesome as ever and there's brutalities added but no stage fatalities. Also the fighting is more similar to Injustice rather than MK9 so if you didn't like Injustice then you might not like this. Either way, as an MK fan, I still enjoy this game for what it is.

As a MK fan since the original arcade version I must say they have done it yet again. An amazing fighting game keeping with the Mortal Kombat theme everyone loves but bringing it into today's high end graphics and performance. This is one of those games you just can't put the controller down on. Until your fingers get sore of course:)

If you enjoyed the previous Mortal Kombat game this one will sit well. New characters, new story, new unlockables, looks great.

Over the top characters, great fighting game. Mk at its best

Mortal Kombat goes back to its roots with this one. Fun to play with classic characters and the new fatalities are great.

Graphics are great and you have a lot of characters to choose from. If you like fighting games, you will like this game.

This newest version of Mortal Kombat is definitely the best. Gory and violent! I love it! That is why we loved Mortal Kombat from the very beginning. Just wish Fatalities were easier to score. One actually can still have fun with this version even without memorizing the moves. Of course, knowing the controls improves your chances.

Mortal Kombat X is a great fighting game. Great graphics, great storyline, and there are a bunch of different modes to play. Only complaint is the netcode for playing online... It is really bad for the most part. Might be because there is a lot of people playing online but hopefully there is a update soon that fixes this problem. This game might be difficult for those that are beginners at playing fighting game but with practice and patience you will seriously enjoy this game no doubt about it!

love the graphics, just hate the fact that u have to buy new characters, the previous MK games allowed you to unlock new characters and fatalities by certain game play achievements as opposed to todays world where they make you pay for the game and not only is that acceptable enough for them they wanna add new content and material whenever they please and make us pay even extra for it. Other than that dilemma, the game is cool but they are missing alot of old characters from older MK games.

I am a competitive fighting game player and I have to say, this game leaves me stuck in awe. It's so in depth and so much more developed than MK9. I've been a MK fan since I was a kid and this game is the best one yet. Stunning graphics, amazing game play, Very technical as well as beginner friendly. Very good for just some fun time.
