I play this game with my (older) son at home and it is loads of fun, though very violent ... but in a disgustingly funny way. The fatalities really make you want to win so you can rub your victory into you opponents face! Great fun! (not for young children)

I'm no stranger to MK; it was my favorite as a teen. And because my boyfriend took so well to the XBox One version, I decided to get this. With his mom's approval of course. Maybe I can beat him someday. Ha!

I was a huge mortal kombat Trilogy player (and MK3 Ultimate) I think we all loved those games, I was hardcore, one of the best, and very critical of the games that came after it. All of the mortal kombat games after the good ones were terrible. This game is so different, this one is actually better than Trilogy. Yes you heard me. It is. It's great. Easy to get into and so fun without completely losing itself and it's history. Any die hard MK fan will love this.

I never played a Mortal Kombat game before this one, and I am thankful for the tutorial modes to help me get caught up. This is a great game and a good starting point for new players.

Love this game! The finishing moves are completely on point! I wish I had bought it for PS4, seems like more people bought it for that.

Although I don't agree with the DLC practices this game is tons of fun. Single player is short but better than most give it credit for.

This game is great. So many different characters choose from and great fighting mechanics. Awesome game, overall.

Wow, used to play this on NES back in the day, and wow, what an upgrade!! awesome visuals, sounds, and effects!

In my review of this game I'll state that the game itself is great. The graphics are stellar. Fatalities are graphic and creative another plus and expected. But what makes this game unplayable is it crashes constantly. You can not play any longer than 5 min with out game crashing. MK has updated file twice since I bought it when it first came out. The problem still exists.

Me and my daughter enjoy this game i still think they can do better but still a really great game overall

I have played Mortal Kombat games for a while. This one is awesome! It did not disappoint at all.

I bought this game quite a while ago and although -- as you'd think -- I stopped player after a while, I started playing it recently again. And it's still fun.
