The violence in this game is so over the top that it makes it humorous and fun to play.

I love MKx but I feel like its lost some characters and that the story line was too short but I love it. Oh and the fatalities could've been nastier lol

Mortal Kombat has been around for ages and this is by far the most refined game. However, just one thing the creator has no idea how to tell a story. So skip the story mode it will give you a brain drain just thinking about it being logical.

If you want one of the goriest, most graphic, and insane fighting games in existence this is the game for you.

This game was great. The story mode allows you to fight some fighters that are not even available in fight mode so thats always a bonus. Playing in my family room with other friends and family was great, online mode is harder since there are many vets playing but that way you can get better and see how other players use the same character you use.

Kids wanted it as part of their XMAS gift and loved playing the game.

This game is great. Its one of the few games my girlfriend will play with me and we have a blast. Great for people trying to get deep into fighting games and great for those that just want to button mash!

This game will not help you relive your Mortal combat 2 days on Sega, but it will provide some fun and some beautiful graphics. The story mode is a bit difficult to play not because you switch characters so much but because it can be difficult adjusting to new environments and playing against new enemies. Additionally the story mode is set so when fighting the final boss you can't choose from a group of characters that would give different endings. Having the platform of forcing you to join a league as soon as the game starts is interesting. I find that I want to change my league when I see the stats, but you live with your first choice. Every victory or trophy gives your league more points on the nation wide servers. It's kind of like an MMO fighting game with team affiliations that really doesn't affect game play much at all.

Pretty much street fighter with extremely graphic fatalities. Would recommend for mindless fun.

Love all the characters where we used to love back then

Mortal Kombat X is what you expect. It is violent, disgusting, fun, and extremely addictive. It is hard to put the controller down. There's a lot of content in this package.

A very good game for quick break as well as for playing with a friend (wife in my case :D )
