I'm trying to get used to the combo system in mortal kombat again, but the game does a fantastic job of taking a re-beginner through everything. Graphics are fine, though the detail on some of the more gory aspects of the game are even more well done.

I have been playing Mortal Kombat since the beginning. I am an avid gamer and have seen MK go through several evolutions from the original and it always seemed to lose it's original feel. This game has returned to the basics. The graphics are great.

I have been playing Mortal Kombat for years and I can honestly say this is the best game in the series. You will jump into this game seeing old favorites and some new Faces ,it has a nice learning curve and some pretty cool downloadable content .

Have only played it a few times but it lives up to expectations. Brings me back to as a kid playing the original. Obviously the graphics are way better. It's pretty addicting and once I can actually string some combos together it'll be more fun.

Mortal Kombat X is the latest installment in the Mortal Kombat franchise and continues the series legacy of being a high quality, intense fighting game with tons of bonus content that you can play long after completing both the story campaign and arcade modes. Highly recommended for fans of the series or for anyone who is looking for a great game to add to their library.

I was nervous at getting it at first because of the anticipated DLC characters, but MKX is a solid game in it's own right. Easily the best entry into the series to date, NetherRealm took what worked from MK9 and expanded upon it to create a new hit!

This Mortal kombat is the best one yet. The fighting system works very well & is balanced. The graphics are very detailed and it moves consistently at 60fp. It has a lot of secrects to unlock within the game & characters. Really enjoying this game!!

If you are a fan of fast paced frame perfect fighting games with signature over the top special moves, absolutely brutal combos and insanely gory finishers, run to your local Best Buy and scoop this title up immediately! I don't know how NetherRealms Studios did it, but they found a way to build upon the already deep mechanics of the games fighting system in order to please all die hard MK fans, but make it so easy to pick up and play even a newcomer to the franchise will be pulling off impressive counters and juggles by the end of their first day of gameplay. By incorporating the new interactive level mechanics system (first seen in Injustice: Gods Among Us) the combat becomes even more interesting and intense while you are constantly finding ways to keep your opponents guessing with well placed throwable objects from the background or structures that can be used for more evasive maneuvers. This is a great installment to the series and a huge leap forward in the storyline of the MK universe. An impressive roster of fighters old and new (with four more on the way if you own the Kombat Pass), complex yet easily palatable gameplay and a whole new batch of shock inducing Fatalities make this a guaranteed must-have title for your Sony or Microsoft console of choice. NetherRealm Studios has done it once again!

If you're like me and loved Injustice than this game will appeal to you. While there are many similarities between the 2 games, there is still enough that make them very different. Graphics are great and sound is pretty good too. There is plenty of gore which can sometimes be too much. If you like previous MK games and Injustice you'd probably enjoy this game as well.

Game is fun but most of the characters you want to play are locked and you have to purchase them seperately,alot of characters are missing all together as far as MK characters, other then that this game is amazing as far as fighting games go!

Classic Mortal Kombat feel with beautiful this gen graphics. Accessible to fighting game newcomers, while still possessing the depth to enthrall more seasoned enthusiasts. Pick this one up before you next party and fight it out with some friends!

Gameplay is amazing. Although I had trouble picking up my purchase, e.g, took reps a long time to get my download codes & also took them a while to get my discount added to my season pass purchase, I was finally glad to get home to play this game.

I have purchased and played many Mortal Combat games from different game systems. I purchased this game for my ps4 and I am so glad I did. The graphics are exceptional and the combats are very realistic. Hours of fun, wonderful purchase.

Let me start that is not worth $65. Reason why does not all the characters as they claimed it, we have to buy them online to have pack. Sure is worth $50 dollars for sure. And for those reasons...i do enjoy the story and good visual fatality of each one. On a scale 1-10 i give 8. Only wish there was more background of there stories . Because there isn't much of it.

This is a awesome fighting game. This is one of the best MK games out of them all. I'm really enjoying this game. The online has gotten better but still needs a little more work. The dlc Kombat pack comes in a few day with four more characters.

I like the realistic graphics. The fighting sequences are challenging. It is a fun game to hang home and play. I would definitely recommend this game to anyone who enjoys a good match.

I haven't played a Mortal kombat game since MK 3 and stop playing because of lack of growth and evolution of gameplay. MK X provides a unique story mode that plays out very cinematically with engaging diologue and hardboiled action sequences, and manages to keep loyal fans rewarded with old tower modes and PvP modifiers and more. A must have for Next Gen gamers.

Mortal Kombat was and will remain my favorite fighting game. no matter what gaming platform, this game is hands down one of the best for Playstation 4. Graphics are beautiful and no lagging game play during online sessions. Great job guys.

The game play, the story mode and graphics makes this the Best hands off MK ever! It's almost looks like in 3D! I have a 50" samsung tv and I wanna get an 80" just to have the players human sized jejeje You have and need to get this game!
