It has a solid roster of characters, the single player is a lot of fun, although short. They have plenty of game modes to keep you coming back for more. Online play is good, however the servers aren't the greatest and finding a match can be slower than it seems it should be.

If you like the classic Mortal Kombat games you will love this one. For a Novice gamer it may take a little while to get the special moves down but overall it is a great game

The best MK yet. Its set 20 years after MK9. The new characters make up for the missing older ones, but i'm sure DLC can fix that. The PDP PS3 arcade stick works on the PS4.

If you like Mortal Kombat, you will love this game. But it is definitely for older kids who can understand the different codes to use to do different moves and so on.

I've been playing MK since day one and I think it just keeps getting better and better. I definitely like this one and the over controls are great. Any MK fan will love it.

This is what you would expect from Mortal Combat. If you are a fan, buy it. If you havent liked them before, then dont. You can argue you can just wait a year for the "complete edition" with all the dlc but its not like youre not getting your moneys worth with this one.

Bought the game online and picked up in the store. No problems at all with picking up. Great graphics and gameplay. Playing the story mode now and seems to be fairly good.

Gore and guts at its finest. Much better than 9 and superb graphics. Every old school MK fan needs to get this. Story mode is weaker than the previous installment though.

Yes, I was that kind of geek that spent all my allowance on arcade machines. And Mortal Kombat was my favorite. I got a PS4 just because of this game. This tells it all.

Overall the game is awesome, that matchmaking could probably use some tweaking. The story is short, but fun to play through more than once. One big issue i've noticed is the online parts like faction wars and living towers are consistently "offiline" to me on the PS4.

Story mode and versus are great, all of the characters feel very unique, and I lIke how they each have 3 fighting styles. Playing online is not so great, though. There is some latency, which makes combos a bit more difficult, but maybe I just online at the wrong time.

This game is a great addition to the mk family. The x-ray attacks and fatalities are very visual. The crypt for rewards is so user friendly. great game for the price

Lots of content for a fighter game. The three different modes for each fighter adds a lot of depth. It will take me forever to master each fighter, which is a good thing.

I bought this item as a graduation gift for my nephew and he loves it, he has not stop playing this game since he got it. He loves the graphics and the special effects.
