Spectrum, for some reason, could not activate this modem/router. So maybe this works, maybe it doesn’t. I don’t know, but what I do know is that Spectrum s u cks.

This model/router combo works well in a small apartment with three users. I have noted that it does not seem to cover well past our house so a larger house might need a wifi repeater or something similar.

Bought this for my mother's house. It doesn't seem to give great signal strength from one end of house to the other. It's not a large house. The unit was easy to hook up and begin using.

Has worked exactly as it's supposed to from day one. It handles WiFi for 3 computers (sometimes 4), a printer, 2 TVs, a Blu Ray player and a few other things. The only I did was change its password.

No complaints so far it has a good wi fi signal works well with my printer which is wireless and is compatible with my cell phone. Gives my daughter a good signal when she plugs I her ipad

it's nice to have one less device connected to the computer, as this modem/router does both jobs. I use the ethernet cable to connect, and it was very noisy when I used the first port; but the second port plug-in was totally quiet.

We bought this modem to replace our Comcast equipment. The modem works great but we ended up having to take it back and replace it with a modem that will work with a phone line. If you do not have a house line that runs through your modem it works great.

Router and Wifi Combo compatible with Spectrum. 200mbps capabilities and 4 on board ports for easy access and usage. I would recommend if you are paying a monthly rent for modem from ISP.

This works well. Easy to set up. For some reason it heats up very fast. Not sure if it’s only me. But getting internet finally and saving on modem charges.

When it works, the performance is great. But, the WiFi will drop out at random intervals and I have no idea why. Sometimes it will turn back on eventually, or sometimes I will have to reboot the whole thing to get it to come back up. I am very unhappy with this and It looks like there will not be any way to fix the problem, I would recommend avoiding this unit.

No more monthly fees after I bought my own modem... very easy to install. I called my provider and gave them the serial number and it started working in less than 5 mins, really good product very satisfied

Electronics is not my thing, wish this stuff came naturally but I attempted to switch out my comcast modem by myself anyway. Was surprisingly easy with the instructions provided. Called comcast to reset and boom, I'm connected.

Have not had any issue yet. Modem is working ok. The only problem I had so far is changing the admin credentials. This should be easy to modify but apparently not.

Easy to instal and setup. Good transfer speed on both wireless and wired connections. My ping online dropped from 65 to 20 using this modem compared to my old one.

Not great range but works pretty good. Doesn’t appear to have a strong signal through walls even if not that far away from unit. Good product for the price though.

I've had zero issues so far. I have mid level internet, it delivers wireless and wired well. Suits my needs as just one person using phone, smart TV streaming, and computer. Better than $ wasted on Comcast rental

I initially purchased this so I could stop paying Comcast their 14.00 modem rental fee. I ended up returning this item and purchasing a new Arris modem because this lacked the phone capabilities.

Wi-Fi throughout the house is not as strong as it was with the Xfinity modem and router other than that nothing else wrong with it I wish I would’ve tried a different brand
