Horrible performance. Ineffective

Previous Netgear device had great performance but poor customer care needing to reset router access . Purchased to take over on recommendation of internet service provider. Terrible performance. Slow downloads, ineffective bandwidth, and constant need to refresh standard internet operations. Do not purchase. Already buying a replacement device with better performance capability.

Weakest Wi-Fi ever

Clearly it does not provide a Wi-Fi connection. You don't get a good connection in the same room with the modem. After several trials, I gave up and connect my laptop with a cable. If you are looking for a modem with Wi-Fi support, don't consider buying this one. It is a waste of money.

Does not work for WOW internet

After many phone calls and emails I gave up and got the WOW modem which provides 100 Mbps. Might work better with other Internet providers.

Faulty device

So now I have to go through Motorola and exchange it for a new device. Very unhappy with this product

Bad return time span
