I have 1200sqft house and only get about 30 megabytes in the front room so it’s about 30 feet and some walls. So at best two bars in the front room if you have a small house or small apartment this will work great but even medium sized houses you may need an extender.

First class router.

This is not compatible with gigabit service which is not an issue for me as I do not need gigabit and those routers are more $$$.

Solid modem

Wifi is pretty solid as well for my phones but I run ethernet for most things. Decent style and build quality is good. Time will tell how reliable it is but after 3-4 months no issues.
