    i have had this phone for over a year now and it is awesome. I spent a lot of time on the phone, texting and talking and I am over the moon satisfied with this one.

    48 hours on one charge is what is advertised but the phone barely lasts 12 hours.

      The battery can last up to 48 hours, but it will vary based on usage and settings. Have you tried calibrating the battery? To do so, press and hold the power button for approximately 7 seconds until the device reboots > Plug it into the Turbo charger > Allow the phone to charge until 100% > Leave it on the charger for at least an additional 30 minutes.     bought 2 moto droide turbos and one has a problem with automaticly shuting off in the middle of being on the phone.then the girl that was helping us sold us a plan for a 110.00 a month.then come to find out they ended up charging us 160.00.the girl was verry unoligable.i was verry much confused and disapointed.

    Awful battery life, fair amount of bloatware

    4 hours unplugged and down to 59%. Tried what Motorola Customer Care advised in other comment, it did not work. Fair amount of bloatware, coming from a Nexus Device this is a big con. 6 months in and still no Lollipop. Thought the pluses would outweigh the cons. They did not.

    This phone has been very reliable with great performance. Dropped it on tile floor and cracked the screen. Motorola had a program where you get one free screen replacement. Went to Best Buy and they gave me a new phone under this program. Bit of a nuisance getting everything moved to the new phone but better that shelling out $$$.

    It wouldn ring couldn't search always said no SD card. Took back they reprogrammed worked that day then quit working again. I took back went back to my droid razor .

      It sounds like you have a bad SIM reader in your device. I'd recommend contacting support to see what options you have to get it replaced or repaired.

    The battery does not last 2 days, the camera is terrible and it freezes all the time. Switched to the galaxy note 5 and will not look back

      Unsure exactly what you mean in regards to camera issues, but your device freezing is something that can be trouble shot. Is there some common factor when your device freezes? Certain app you are using when this happens? Also, have you recently downloaded any third party apps? Make sure all apps are up to date and try clear cache and safe mode. MotorolaMobility

    It was advertised great, I just had to have it. Wish screen was shatterproof. It is also a little harder to find a case for the ballistic version.

    I purchased the blue Ballistic Nylon version (I snagged it while it was on a 4 day sale...BONUS!). After taking a day or so to familiarize myself with the features, MOTO, etc. I have come to the conclusion that this phone is amazing. I originally wanted it for the battery life and the camera, which are exactly as described. I do enjoy not having to charge my phone every day, now it's about every third day. The camera is so simple and easy to use, with great clarity to the pictures. But the ease of use of the operating system, without all the bloatware that I had with my previous phone was very nice, very clean. ( I had a Samsung Galaxy 3, which i liked quite a bit, but Samsung has so much extra added to their phones...) The one thing that may have been a detractor of the phone was that the music player was Google Music, which I'm not overly familiar with. But that was easily resolved by picking a music player from the Play Store, of which there are many choices.

    I am a research junkie and looked at every phone possible before landing on this phone. My biggest apprehension was the camera but it takes a lot better pictures than the reviews suggest. My first Turbo had to be returned because it kept locking up when I had to insert my passcode. Best Buy effortlessly gave me a new one and it works great. Super fast phone, super fast charging, great battery, great screen, Moto functions allow you to do a lot of things hands free. Came from a Droid RAZR Maxx HD. Loved that battery but the photos and videos stunk. No longer the case with this breast. Well done Motorola!

    Great phone with limited capability while in call

    I loved this phone until I found out you can't use any data while in call. So when I'm driving my Ford truck with SYNC and have a phone call going I can't get updates on my Google Maps because that's the way this phone is made. You can't send a text message either while in call. This takes me back 4 years in phone technology. I will say the phone is easy to use. It is very fast. The pictures and videos it takes are amazing. But you can't Multi-task and that is where the issue lies. I'm taking mine back today because of that. I've had good luck with my Razor M that could multi-task. This phone is going back today.

      I'm sorry to hear you've had issues with the signal and WiFi on your Droid Turbo. First, please ensure that your software is fully updated. Go to Settings > System updates > Check for system updates. If you're still having issues after updating the software, then please give support a call to troubleshoot.
