One-star review only because the specs on the Best Buy page are incorrect or maybe I don't understand them. This phone is not eSIM capable. Otherwise, this is a great phone. However, if I had known it was not eSIM capable I would not have purchased it or any of the Motorola phones. I think only the Flip 2023 and the Edge+ 2023 are eSIM capable. If Best Buy fixes their website I would be happy to change this review to 5 stars. I am not going to return it as it is now all setup and I don't really want to argue the restock fee even though I have had it less than 48 hours.

Worst motorola ever

Unfortunately nothing but problems with this phone, never had issues with my older Motorola's.
Replaced my moto Zplay with this 2022 edge. the main issue i have is it wont stay connected to wifi without loosing connectivity (wifi network has no internet access) same problem with different wifi networks, home or away. no matter if its 2.4g or 5 or 6..
Once you loose connectivity, the system UI crashes if you open up your internet options and try to switch from wifi to network. the phone then reboots in a loop... tried all the different fixes i can find online except for factory reset. It seems im not the only one with this specific issue with no fix on the way...very frustrating i would stay away from this phone

This had been a problem from day one and Verizon is no help. I bought it based on ratings, and this one is a lemon. Dings randomly, drops calls on a regular basis. Camera is fine, but not the quality product I was expecting. Will not purchase Motorola again.

Phone comes with Android 12, Android 14 is out and the phone has not even gotten 13 not to mention very behind on security updates.
Do your research and you will see many complaints about this phone.

I would normally give this phone a much better review. Motorola dropped the ball on this one. First off Great phone. My problem begins with not being able to utilize 5G, with AT&T. Hopefully they will have a fix soon, the speed at LTE is disappointing.

Terrible sensitivity, freezes a lot, buggy, slow, dropped calls both on 5g network and while using wifi. Should of learned my lesson from my last Motorola. Never again.

BEWARE: This device has hardware issues that cause the phone to TURN OFF RANDOMLY. It is a good device on paper and on the price tag, but it is not reliable due to it shutting down unexpectedly, specially with advanced wifi functions running. Apparently Motorola hasn’t addressed the problem for a year as there is no fix for it yet (or probably there is no possible fix). Spend your bucks wisely and avoid buying it.
