I returned this phone. It wouldn't sync with my Garmin watch and apps worked intermittently. It was difficult to turn "on," the button had to be held down for a long time. Best Buy doesn't service Motorolas so I took it to AT&T, consulted with Garmin and with UbreakIfix. They couldn't help so I hired an IT person who determined that the problem was the phone.

We've had Motorola phones before and it hasn't been an issue. This one decided that it won't place calls of send texts anymore, even though it thinks it has service after 2 months. Warranty options will leave my wife completely without a phone for at least a week so will probably eat the loss and buy something else. At least it was heavily discounted.

Usually Edge Style phones have a rounded sides, this one doesn't. Previous model of Moto Edge had rounded edges better camera with 15MP more than this phones 50MP.
Quality wise not worth it's price! Awful phone I wasn't explain what this phone looked like since it was an exchange and it was not worth our time. We ended up paying $45 restocking fee and got a Samsung s22 better camera for sure.

Unreliable GPS

Some people have not been nice to me. I hope they get this phone.
GPS is always lost. It likes to tell me it's fully charged at 80% and then tells me to disconnect the phone when I'm using Android Auto. Much prefer the Google Pixel phones.

My Samsung got updated to Android 14 before this got updated to 13 which will probably be its last update. Also they allowed AT&T to remove Wifi calling which is extremely annoying and anti-consumer. This will be my last Motorola product and I switched to T-Mobile.

I currently use a 4G Moto and wanted to upgrade to a 5G Motorola - this would be my third Motorola phone. Went to pick up the phone and copied all my info to the new phone. No issues. Big problem though - the phone would not pair with my vehicle - spent over two hour at Best Buy trying to get help but no one would provide any service. Had to return the phone and re-order a new one. If this one doesn't pair I will be returning and NEVER buy a Motorola phone again.

Feels cheap in the hand, and straight out of the box phone was defective... I contacted Motorola immediately they had me factory reset it twice and it still would get stuck in boot up mode
