A Giant Step Backwards

It requires 3 hands to shut off: push power while pushing vol up, while touching power off on the screen. 3 hands. Moronic. Phone sound quality irritatingly inferior to the G6. You have set up every single little thing - and figure out how to do it. After you've wasted a portion of your life fiddling around with that, it'll flip back to prior settings, until you figure out still other settings to make your choices stick. Finicky and unintuitive; requires a night course in data dork tech design to master. The phone feels plasticy and whiffle-ball light. Cheap. Flimsy. Especially compared to the solidity of the G6. The thin frame and goofy beveled edges makes it hard to hold. It slips easily out of your hand. If you try to grasp it securely, your fingertips will touch the screen, interfering with whatever you're doing, causing whatever you were doing to fail, and sending you unpredictably to somewhere or something else. This phone makes your life harder, rather than easier. It's today's tech equivalent of a hair shirt.

My old phone did not do that way. my husbands phone doesn't do that. I called Motorola and they had me reset the phone. It worked for a while then back doing the same thing. We have good wi-fi signal.

Posted .Hi lindalou, wer'e sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem using the Facebook on your device. May I suggest checking if your device has the latest software update? To do this, go to your Settings > System > Advanced > System updates and make sure all your apps are updated. Meanwhile, you can also try resetting your app preferences. These will reset your notification settings and default apps, but your data will remain intact. Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > See all apps > Menu (three dots on the top right) > Reset app preferences. Please keep us updated on how this goes for you.
