    Love it. Upgraded from a Motorola Z3 so very similar & didn't have to learn a new system. Loved the sale price

    This is a good phone better than the Moto but not as good as the Edge+ depending on what your needs are.

    I am disappointed in this phone. every time I go to open Face Book it doesn't get a signal, it just keeps circling . My old phone did not do that way. my husbands phone doesn't do that. I called Motorola and they had me reset the phone. It worked for a while then back doing the same thing. We have good wi-fi signal.

      Hi lindalou, wer'e sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem using the Facebook on your device. May I suggest checking if your device has the latest software update? To do this, go to your Settings > System > Advanced > System updates and make sure all your apps are updated. Meanwhile, you can also try resetting your app preferences. These will reset your notification settings and default apps, but your data will remain intact. Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > See all apps > Menu (three dots on the top right) > Reset app preferences. Please keep us updated on how this goes for you.     Good phone if you don't use your phone for calls

    The phone is ok for what it is. I got this phone as upgrade from 2021 moto edge it has most of same features and handling but my biggest issue is the call quality. Whenever I speaking the other side cannot hear me or have speak really loud. On speaker phone it there no point in using because they cannot hear at all.

Please try to clear the cache data of your Phone app. It deletes the data associated with that app. And when that happens, your app will behave like a freshly installed one. To do this:

    Phone is a good phone for the price. Camera is not as good as Pixel phones.

    With 8 GB RAM I thought the phone would be good for normal daily use... No gaming and stuff just normal applications use like Insta, facebook, YouTube, google maps and Chrome... I had issues using almost all the above apps... Couldnt be app issues when all the apps arent working as expected. Had to return the phone
