    I was so hoping it would not be true but .....you really do get what you pay for. I have a couple of family members who have had great luck with their Motorola phones. So I decided to buy one. I bought it in April 2024 and had to get another phone on June. Motorola support was useless. The phone would just randomly not send texts but it would not indicate the text was not sent. That is a big deal. People were not getting important messages from me. I called support and was told to clear the cache. I did that which seemed ridiculous because was not even 3 months old. Still happened way too frequently. Very frustrating and again the customer support was not helpful. I would NOT recommend this phone. You are much better off spending more and getting a reliable phone. Btw I have had the same service provider for 20 years and have never had this problem until the Motorola phone. Zero issues with my new phone. It was definitely the phone.

    No SD card slot, full of bloat wares. You don't get the specified Gigabyte because of bloat wares. Not a good one. I just bought it coz it's on sale. Not gonna buy Motorola again!

    The phone does not come with the AC charger; only with the cable. Hard to find the case and screen protector for it. Pro: it does not insta Bloatware

    Over the Years, had Samsung's, the Reason I Switched Over to Motorola was because the last Two Cellular Phones with Samsung had Problems hearing me in Conversation when the Speaker Phone was off, only had this Motorola Edge for one Week still having the Same Exact Problem like I did with Samsung. Is this because I Purchased this at Best Buy; it is an Open Unlocked Phone?

    The worst Motorola phone I've purchased. Bought this phone for my wife, she needs to disable the 5g in order to send text messages.

    I bought this phone based on the claim that it is compatible with Visible. Unfortunately Visible would not activate the phone saying it is locked. What a PIA!

    Our phones don't charge. Your on call with someone and it dies. What good is that. Not happy with that.

    The geek squad, the verizon tech support and numerous attempts to fix it were unsuccessful. It developed a mind of its own and would shut off four and five times a day. Most dissapointing Motorola phone I ever had and I never thought I'd say that.

    that exposed curved screen and the lack of a decent cover that can protect it well is a real problem and motorolla really needs to stop making this model . the biggest problem is when it breaks and you cant find the right parts or anyone to fix it .

    My purchase was for an open box excellent but I didn't receive the cable which I suppose to be. The procedure to get the cable is only to get a replacement and it is too complex which is frustrating
