You don't get the specified Gigabyte because of bloat wares. Not a good one. I just bought it coz it's on sale. Not gonna buy Motorola again!

Unreliable...

I have a couple of family members who have had great luck with their Motorola phones. So I decided to buy one. I bought it in April 2024 and had to get another phone on June. Motorola support was useless. The phone would just randomly not send texts but it would not indicate the text was not sent. That is a big deal. People were not getting important messages from me. I called support and was told to clear the cache. I did that which seemed ridiculous because was not even 3 months old. Still happened way too frequently. Very frustrating and again the customer support was not helpful. I would NOT recommend this phone. You are much better off spending more and getting a reliable phone. Btw I have had the same service provider for 20 years and have never had this problem until the Motorola phone. Zero issues with my new phone. It was definitely the phone.

Is this because I Purchased this at Best Buy; it is an Open Unlocked Phone?

Does not work on Visible
