    Most complicated phone I have ever tried to use. Contacts come up 2 or 3 per screen and takes forever to learn (which I have not done). To make a call requires two or three steps which is totally unnecessary. If there was not a restocking fee I would return and never buy Motorola phone again.

    A month after buying phone won't charge best buys response not our problem you have two weeks only unless you buy a extended warranty.

    Its the worst phone Ive ever had, just started to restart every 1hr while charging wireless. Also its slow.

    This phone doesn't hold a charge. I have to charge it everyday. I tried to exchange it for another one but I am getting the shuffle around by cust svs.

    I am a techie. I own a majority of the flagship phones on the current market (OnePlus 11, S23U, Pixel 8 Pro etc.) I have found that mid-level phones are not that much far behind. This brand new edge is no exception. The size and feel is much better than my regular S23 (non-ultra). The vegan leather back doesn't make it slippery. This is the first phone I have used without a case in years. The curved glass has its pros and cons. The biggest con is you are stuck with film screen protectors. I highly recommend a screen protector. Within the first hour of using this without applying a screen protector I got a hairline scratch already. This was just using my fingers to scroll. It was never face down and never in my pocket. They are not using premium glass to protect this phone unfortunately. Moto cameras have always been good IMO. Not the best but good enough. The biggest pro for this is I got it to work on Spectrum. My Edge + 2023 would not work on spectrum no matter what I tried. The battery life on this is great. I can easily get through a workday and in to the evening. I don't game so check the specs if interested in gaming on this phone. Fast charging is simply awesome. Haptics are great and the fingerprint scanner is much better than my S23s even though I believe it is optical and not ultrasonic- doesn't matter to me. If I was on the market for a phone in this price range then this would be my number 1 recommendation. It is better than my OP Nord 20, and I really liked that phone other than the screen resolution. I highly recommned this phone.

    This phone is small and cheaply made. Awful, there's better out there.For $150 dollars more you are better off with the Motorola Edge plus.

    Bought this at launch and it was discounted 20 days later by $150. BB would not honor a price protection. Terrible timing.

May I suggest checking if your device has the latest software update? To do this, go to your Settings > System > Advanced > System updates and make sure all your apps are updated. Meanwhile, you can also try resetting your app preferences. These will reset your notification settings and default apps, but your data will remain intact. Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > See all apps > Menu (three dots on the top right) > Reset app preferences. Please keep us updated on how this goes for you.     I bought this phone after being an iPhone sheep for years. I absolutely love it. The phone has a large screen, tons of storage, and fast performance. For the price, there's no comparison. Well maybe a Samsung A54, but if you can't get your hands on one of those this phone will suffice. Trust, you will be pleased w your purchase.

    I have been a Samsung Galaxy fan for over 10 years but the cost has become outrageous! Got a Motorola Edge 2023 on sale as well as a Samsung 21 FE for the same price each. Fully intended to make the Samsung mine and Motorola my husband's. Decided to open the Motorola and check it out first. I'm sure glad I did. The Moto is smaller (I have small hands) and fits nicely in my palm. The large phones are not comfortable for me so upgrading to a newer phone was a difficult decision. The android set up on the Moto is a bit different than the Samsung but not a deal breaker. The Samsung remains in the unopened box so we plan to trade it for another Motorola Edge 2023 for the hubby! He has a Motorola already and loves it. Thanks Moto for the option to buy the newest model phone at an affordable price and for making a smaller profile phone for us 'petite' gals.

    So far I'm enjoying the phone and I consider it a good deal. However, I have two concerns. The edges of the phone are somewhat curved. This is caused a fitting problem when buying a case and a screen protector. Although I did not buy those products through Best buy I believe that the shape of the phone will make it difficult for a case to fit and possibly placing the screen protector on the phone. I might just have fat fingers and have bought a bad product outside of Best buy, but I don't think so.

    It seems they make changes for the sake of change that make upgrading to a newer device a way unnecessary ordeal. Otherwise, the display is good, battery life OK. And, it is lite weight. We have no regrets.

    This is the best edge yet, super nice oled screen, 8gb of ram, 256gb of storage. oh ya, you can find cases now all day long on amazon and ebay, also screen protectors as well, make sure you get the super shields brand glass ones.
