Posted .We're sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the battery performance of your device MukundC. May we verify if you are using the original Motorola charger that came with the device? Have you tried to use a different cable charger and observe if it behaves the same? Can you check if you are using the latest software version of your device? To check this, go to your Settings > System > Advanced > System updates and make sure all your apps are updated. I encourage you to restart also your device to eliminate all the running apps on the background. For other concerns, please send us an email at supportforums@motorola.com. -Ythan

I ordered this phone as an open box online, and I was given a completely different phone and I was out $300+. I got my refund after I sent it back. I tried to trade it in, instore and was turned away because of the policies they have in place. They had my phone, but because I didn't buy that phone instore, they couldn't do anything for me. Also the callcenters are horrible and it took about 5 people to finally tell me what needs to be done. I will never shop or purchase another thing at best buy. Enjoy the $400 I gave you 4 years ago for my last phone, cause I'll never buy one again after this experience.
