    They didn't even ship the right phone.

    It's not the fault of the product, it's the fault of Best Buy's failure to correctly send me my phone. I ordered this phone as an open box online, and I was given a completely different phone and I was out $300+. I got my refund after I sent it back. I tried to trade it in, instore and was turned away because of the policies they have in place. They had my phone, but because I didn't buy that phone instore, they couldn't do anything for me. Also the callcenters are horrible and it took about 5 people to finally tell me what needs to be done. I will never shop or purchase another thing at best buy. Enjoy the $400 I gave you 4 years ago for my last phone, cause I'll never buy one again after this experience.
