The only thing that bothered me was for some reason I had two accounts and because of that I couldn't use the certificate until I spent 30 minutes on the phone and via live chat. That problem was eventually resolved.

But that may have been user more than phone. You can't add to the memory but otherwise a good product.

The picture, sound, and performance is identical to the phone this one replaced and you can bet that with the history Motorola has that you won't see many updates.

It does not stay charged for more than 24 hours at a time with very little use. I've had to take back to the store and T-Mobile customer service twice with problems.
