First, the charging port broke shortly after purchase. When it was repaired, the technicians installed the Android 15 software, which caused the phone to become extremely slow and frequently freeze. Due to these ongoing issues, I decided to purchase another phone, as I had to send this one back to the factory once again to fix it. i got small scratch on the screen. The video camera does not working.

Some might question a move like that but I didn't feel justified having paid $800 for a Samsung when it's got less going for it than a Motorola in my opinion. It's so user friendly as great sound quality. It's got a little bit of a touchy screen. Sometimes the fingerprint sensor is hit or miss but outside of that I've had no problems.
