    Great phone for a starter. Super slow though! But for the price it will work!

Slow is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background. Use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues.     Super Awesome Motorola Edge 2024 Happy Customer!

    The Motorola edge is a Quality cell phone it doesn't Heat like the Samsung Galaxy SPF 25! I like it and I went back to Best buy and exchange the Samsung I had Purchased for The Motorola Edge it's a Genius phone and works awesome!

    I ordered a Motorola Edge 2025 and received an empty small envelope not large enough to hold a phone and Best buy is refusing to refund or resend the phone. I went in person to the West Nyack store and they agreed that a phone wouldn't fit in the envelope but couldn't issue a refund because it was ordered on line. Best buy claims the order was fulfilled because a package was delivered. Meanwhile they have my $487.68. I will never do business with Best buy again. They use a third party shipping company (shipt) which is not insured. Ridiculous.

    Don't buy this phone

    This is the last motorola phone I will ever buy. I previously had the Motorola Edge+ and I absolutely loved it until I accidentally cracked the screen. This phone is newer but has a less powerful processor and terrible battery life by comparison. It also has invasive adware called Glance that pops up on your lock screen displaying ads and turns itself back on once week even after you disable and uninstall it. It probably won't be long before I buy something else but it definitely won't be another Motorola. They are going to continue losing lifelong customers with ridiculous decisions like putting invasive adware on the lockscreen of their phones and not selling their flagship phone models with higher end processors on the US market. I'm really regretting my decision to purchase this and would not recommend buying this phone or any other new Motorola products.

    I use the phone for shopping, investing, watching videos. The only thing the phone won't do is housework.

    First impression was great. The screen is responsive, the quality of the picture is good and the size and feel are great. I still have to use it more to know more about it, but I can tell its a great value for the money.

    Lags constantly. Can't receive phone calls half of the time and when you pick up, you can't hear the other side. Camera takes a full 5 seconds to boot up. Motorla makes abysmal phones. Only redeeming feature is its battery life. You can leave it uncharged for two days.

    Motorola won't stand behind product statement

    The phone is good, but NOT water resistant, and not per Motorola's product description. Motorola specifies this phone to be: IP68 rated which means "total protection against water ingress, up to and including complete submersion below one meter and for more than 30 minutes." Their website even says "Exposure to conditions beyond this rating are not covered by warranty." ... which implies that situations within this spec, should be covered? However, Motorola will not stand behind this specification. My phone was briefly covered by approx. 3 inches of water for a few seconds. (Well within the IP68 standard.) But Motorola says this is not covered under warranty, and even their escalation team says they will not stand behind their product statement. - Buyer Be Warned (I had this phone for 4 months.)
