5g internet connection issues.

Best Buy Epic Fail

Excellent cosmetic condition from what I've seen. However Best Buy dropped the ball on this phone. The previous owner was not required to reset all Cloud data and remove their Google email account from this device. No one within Best Buy verified this device upon return and upon shipping it out to me! Now I can't even get past the initial setup screen, due to it asking me for the last known email address associated with the device for previous setup! How am I supposed to know this?! So I'm having to return the device and I will be doing so today, Best Buy better not charge me a restocking fee either! I've purchased an open box Motorola phone in the past without any such issues. This is why I took the chance on the Edge+ !

Motorola is not what they used to be.

I haven't found a aftermarket that doesn't freeze and lock phone. It will shut of at night so if your like me and use your phone for an alarm this phone is not for you. It slows down when a few apps are running.

Buyer Beware!!!!

I bought this phone for my dad and when I opened up the box the charger and cable was replaced with a three year old Verizon charger and cable. This phone was supposed to ship with a 68w turbo charger. Customer service was useless to fix the problem.

DO NOT BUY

This was the 4th Motorola phone I purchased over 12 months. The first three were refurbished so I assumed that was why they were shorting out and not able to charge - shutting down for no reason, screen freezing, and a LOT of frustration. Bestbuy tells me I need to call Motorola, Motorola tells me they'll "fix" the phone and send it back. Basically refurbished. Another problem phone.

Bar service and bad business!!!

And to top things off I STILL CAN'T GET THE SERVICE!!! MY OLD SERVICE RELEASED MY NUMBER ALREADY AND MY NEW SERVICE STILL CANT ADD ME.. SO RIGHT NOW I HAVE TO TAKE BOTH CELL PHONES WITH ME!!!! I CAN DIAL WITH BOTH AND ONLY ANSWER WITH MY OLD SERVICE!!!!!

Worst choice I ever made it.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I know this phone was good if I am able to use it, due to wrongly ad and promotions,I will never advise to buy any product online from Best buy until you physically seen it, for me I learn my lesson and that can't help me on customer service or even store ,so only choice to return back, I was missing original bax, charger,and all exercise It was open box mention what I got there was no box just the phone with aftermarket cable, on advertisement they're telling everything in it with original box that's lie for me, So if you're lucky order it otherwise order seal box so at least you'll get what inside. I hope it will help you out to choose. Thank you for reading it.

Shuts down randomly.

I contacted Motorola and they said I can't charge my phone at night while I am sleeping. I never had a phone like that. This is unacceptable for a flagship phone. This phone should be replaced. I use this for my business. I can't trust it as an alarm clock.

Have you tried to use a different cable charger and observe if it behaves the same? May I suggest checking if your device has the latest software update? To do this, go to your Settings > System > Advanced > System updates and make sure all your apps are updated. To check, go to Google Play Store>Menu>Manage apps & device>under Updates available, tap "Update all." You can also try to do a soft reboot by pressing the power button for 10-20 seconds. Great phone, terrible service

Unfortunately the item that I received was clearly labeled in the box that I received as "Good" condition and as a "floor model". Phone had several scratches on the screen and camera, plus it was full of grime around the corners. The phone was snappy and responsive, but the condition of the product was not was I purchased nor what was advertised to me. Might just get a pixel now that is on sale. Very disappointed.

Terrible customer service
