    I know this phone was good if I am able to use it, due to wrongly ad and promotions,I will never advise to buy any product online from Best buy until you physically seen it, for me I learn my lesson and that can't help me on customer service or even store ,so only choice to return back, I was missing original bax, charger,and all exercise It was open box mention what I got there was no box just the phone with aftermarket cable, on advertisement they're telling everything in it with original box that's lie for me, So if you're lucky order it otherwise order seal box so at least you'll get what inside. I hope it will help you out to choose. Thank you for reading it.

    I bought this 2023 edge plus phone based on the positive reviews but the phone randomly turns itself off first it was at night now it has done it during the day when not charging. I contacted Motorola and they said I can't charge my phone at night while I am sleeping. I never had a phone like that. This is unacceptable for a flagship phone. This phone should be replaced. I use this for my business. I can't trust it as an alarm clock.

Have you tried to use a different cable charger and observe if it behaves the same? May I suggest checking if your device has the latest software update?     I was really excited to get a huge deal on this phone, as I found an open box deal advertised as excellent, like new condition. Unfortunately the item that I received was clearly labeled in the box that I received as "Good" condition and as a "floor model". Phone had several scratches on the screen and camera, plus it was full of grime around the corners. The phone was snappy and responsive, but the condition of the product was not was I purchased nor what was advertised to me. Might just get a pixel now that is on sale. Very disappointed.

    this phone is over all great but DO NOT BEILIVE THE WATER RATING my phone had little drips here and there in rain but was never submerged then my phone completely stopped working

    A great phone option for 2023/2024

    I had the S23 Ultra but I didn't like the size, samsung UI, and the overall price so I decided to sell it. I was debating between Pixel 8 Pro and this phone, and ultimately decided on this phone because of the reviews and the open box price for a top of the line processeor. Overall, I am enjoying the phone. It is very snappy, the battery lasts me 2 days easily, almost stock OS, and the build is slim/nice. My main dislike is the security patch updates Motorola is pretty slow about them. I was on the September patch until the beginning of December when I got the November patch. This is one are where Samsung hands down is ages ahead, but this phone definitely has way more pros than cons. The camera is good also im not huge on camera but it takes pics quick and clear. I'd definitely recommend this phone in an open box price for what you get its pretty difficult to go another way. As much as I like Samsung phones this phone is pretty much 85% of the S23U, but for half the price or less but with the same processer power, slightly weaker camera, and slower security patch updates.

    Fantastic. No need to get another phone, seriously. Motorola phones have always been great, but this phone is superior to all. Amazing screen, camera, battery life, touch sensitivity, volume, and even the Dolby Atmos is very noticeably better then other audio outputs on cell phones; especially over Bluetooth devices. If this was a Samsung or Apple phone, it would easily be priced at $1500 and I'd still pay that for it... That's how satisfied I am with this phone. Have owned S23 ultra, Pixel 7, OnePlus, and I can honestly say that this phone is my new daily device for many years.

    I've had my Edge+ 2023 now for about 2 months. l have no complaints so far. It's an all around great phone that does everything well, nothing the best and nothing the worse. Speed, software experience and display are all top notch. I just got the Android 14 update a couple of weeks ago & security patches are right on time. So far Motorola is staying up on the updates. I'm not a gamer so can't speak to those points. Camera quality is just slightly above average. if you're not heavily into photography or social media posting you're gonna be fine. Overall, it's just a great do it all phone, with no fuss that I was able to pick up at a great prices. It's competes well against many of the major flagships but doesn't win any categories other than Bang for the Buck. I think my main gripe for the phone would be lack of case options. If you're on the fence and you're able to get it at a good price, just pull the trigger. You won't regret it.

    Snap 8 Gen 2, muah wonderful. Plenty of horsepower. I did 2 separate battery tests on this: Test 1 was pushing the phone to the limit using it as freely and often as possible using a variety of applications and features. I managed to get one day and 19 hours before hitting 5% life left. Test 2, I did the exact opposite of test 1, using the phone only when necessary for calls and texts. I kept location services, wifi, mobile data all off. Battery saver was ON and Bluetooth on only while driving. Managed to get a stellar 5 FULL DAYS on a single charge. Picture quality is a 9/10 for dummies or a 10/10 if you are a professional who knows how to properly adjust settings and light up your subject. Get this phone, no regrets. You wont find better value for your $$.

    Excellent battery life, awesome Turbo Charge. The only real issue I have had is that from time to time it seems to lock up but this could be due to one of the apps I have installed.

    I had so many issues with this phone.. The first one being that I had lots of problems with reception where I didn't have problems with other phones. I tried everything and nothing seemed to fix it. The memory and the camera were nice, but then it wouldn't let me take videos in non-mirror selfie mode... This was hard because I do a lot of dance videos and piano videos. Anyways, after 2 years the battery started overheating. This is probably my worst phone experience ever.

    $300 less than S23 Ultra during holiday sales and I'm perfectly happy with my purchase. The front camera isn't the best, but rear cameras and performance is on point. The nicest phone I had before this was an S10 so this is a MASSIVE upgrade. I don't game much, but It runs Diablo immortal perfectly.
