    I buy a phone today and when i asked the cashier to transfer data from the old phone to the new one she asked for 50$ I can't believe it

    Motorola edge suddenly stopped working

    Worst phone ever!!! owned it over six months then suddenly stopped working and status was Network Lock???? Called Tmobile tried to do trouble shooting but nothing worked and got recommendation to take it back to Bestbuy store so took it to the store with helpless statement that they unable to unlock it and blaming to the Tmobile network and gave the Motorola number to calll so called Motorola customer services they said my phone is unlocked phone and unsure why???? Anyway, unsolved problem!!!! It wasted monney. Also, I never have any issues with my other Samsung phones. I believe it's Motorola issues.

    Phone call that people can't hear you.

    To be honest with you I am not too pleased with this product due to the fact that the microphone during a phone call seems to go in and out. Whoever you're speaking to can't hear you. However if I'm on a Bluetooth device it works really good during the conversation. I've tried to restart the phone update the software and etc does not work. Please fix this .

    The description of opened box item was totally not accurate! Again I blocked best buy but u keep emailing me ??? I will not do any business with best buy ever again? So take your 400.00 gift and u know exactly where to stick it !! Unfortunately for best buy sales I'm replacing my fridge stove micro and washer and dryer with brand new ' and definitely not from best buy !!!
