I have never tried one of their flagship phones before though. This phone does not disappoint. The camera is fantastic and it is very smooth and fast to use.

Good phone not so good camera

I do not know which headset works with this.

It replaced a Galaxy S20 5G and the reports on camera issues concerned me but I think the Motorola camera takes better pictures. The Samsung red-shift/over-warming of pictures always bugged me and this device takes closer to the colors I see of the things I'm taking pictures of. Zoom is the same bad as every other Apple/Samsung/LG... device I've used but basic imaging is solid and I don't expect good IQ from digital zooms. I was concerned about significantly lower PPI in the display but it is fine. The only issues I've run into is some noise-gating thing I haven't figured out yet where when using DuoLingo, some of the listening exercises lose the first part to the noisegate the first time I hear them, click again and it comes through (hence I think it is a gating issue). Otherwise, it is fast and reliable. I do wonder how long it will take to get A14 but what is there now works well.

Multitasking and charging speed

I was running my phone split screen, on lower screen I was watching my security app watching 2 live feeds simultaneously and on the top portion I was switching between a movie and game. There was no lagging response time or buffering while the movie was playing when he was playing with the video game there with smooth pixel transition on the game and hd quality video for the security app. Multitasking and playing video games and keeping the screen on for long periods of time does drain the battery. Thankfully they've included a 68 watt charger which is great, it cuts down the charging time and it gets my phone back in my hand.

Tons of memory and storage space. Similar in many ways to my previous phone (Samsung Galaxy) Cons Some features that I was used to with my Galaxy are different or non-existent, such as Gallery for photos.

This is twice the phone. Better camera, better battery, twice the memory. The curved edge screen throws one off for a moment, but it works great.

I chose this because Samsung was just getting ridiculously priced. I am not unhappy with the choice. I believe the phone has everything -except the photo album with editing tools - that I need, more memory, faster response, and without all the Samsung apps that just took up space. The camera is comparable and more user friendly to my Samsung Galaxy S 21 Ultra, The night vision, while not great, is less grainy. I have not tried moon photos with this so I cannot speak to the zoom. Battery life is excellent. I use this phone a lot and the battery lasts far better than the Samsung.
